Senior Technical Product Owner – Registration Services

For one of our clients, a technology-driven organisation operating a mission-critical digital platform, NEXIN is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner.

The organisation is currently modernising its core platform and developing the next generation of its digital services. You will define and drive the product vision, roadmap and priorities, while working closely with Business, Architecture, Engineering, Service Delivery, Compliance and Security.

Your responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap

• Own, structure and prioritise complex product backlogs

• Translate business, operational, regulatory and technical needs into clear product priorities

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, Security and Service Delivery

• Review and validate requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Remain involved throughout the complete software delivery lifecycle

• Contribute to release readiness and functional acceptance

• Balance short-term improvements with platform modernisation, resilience, security and scalability

• Define and monitor relevant product and service KPIs

• Ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements including GDPR and NIS2

• Contribute to the development of data and analytics capabilities

Your profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience

• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar product leadership role

• Proven experience defining product vision, roadmaps and priorities

• Strong backlog management and stakeholder management skills

• Good technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows and security

• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and the software development lifecycle

• Experience with complex, transaction-intensive or mission-critical platforms

• Experience with legacy/platform modernisation is a strong asset

• Knowledge of data architectures, reporting and analytics is an asset

• Experience within telecommunications or another regulated service environment is particularly relevant

• Knowledge of DNS, domain-name lifecycle, EPP, RDAP/WHOIS or similar provisioning ecosystems is a strong asset

• Excellent written and spoken English
