About the Opportunity

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization developing innovative B2B digital solutions.

This position combines business analysis, project management and customer relationship management. You will act as the key interface between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that projects are successfully delivered while promoting standardized, scalable product solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Understand, analyse and document customers' business needs, objectives and operational challenges.
• Organize workshops to gather and validate functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Evaluate existing customer environments and propose appropriate solution designs.
• Guide customers towards standard product functionalities while balancing business expectations and technical feasibility.
• Challenge specific customer requests and recommend sustainable alternatives.
• Act as the bridge between Business, Product, Development, QA and Support teams.
• Contribute to continuous product improvements by collecting customer feedback and enhancement requests.

Project Management

• Manage multiple client implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, planning, milestones and governance.
• Coordinate internal teams (Development, QA, Product, Support) to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and budget.
• Facilitate communication with all stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations before deployment.
• Support production rollout and operational launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies and customer experience.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience managing end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Comfortable interacting with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment is an asset.
• Well organized with excellent planning and coordination skills.

Languages

This role requires excellent communication skills in both French and Dutch, as you will interact daily with customers across Belgium.
