To support its growing Data, AI & Automation ambitions, we are looking for an experienced IT Manager – Data, AI & Automation.
 

Your Impact

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals including Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and AI & Automation specialists.

• Act as the strategic IT partner for business leadership, translating business priorities into impactful technology initiatives.

• Drive the adoption of AI, Data & Automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.

• Own and evolve the enterprise Data & AI platform landscape, ensuring scalability, security, governance, and compliance.

• Lead the transformation toward a data-driven and AI-enabled organization, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
   

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in Data, Analytics, AI, or Automation environments.

• Strong track record in driving digital transformation and aligning business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience building and scaling data and AI capabilities within complex organizations.

• Passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
