Business Analyst – Banking & Insurance
 

About the Role
 

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join a growing consulting and advisory team delivering transformation projects within the Banking and Insurance sector.
 

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to analyze business needs, define requirements, support solution delivery, and contribute to successful project outcomes. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in Financial Services who are eager to further develop their analytical, business, and stakeholder management skills.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Review and validate proposed solutions with stakeholders
• Support testing activities, defect follow-up, and change requests
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Deliver user training and support process adoption when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project success
   

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
• Experience within Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and either French and/or Dutch
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is considered an asset
